    Zencoder offers various pricing plans to accommodate different user needs.

    Zencoder Enterprise is a premium solution tailored for development teams and organizations. It offers advanced tools, security features, and integrations designed to streamline workflows and improve developer productivity.

    Organizations benefit from Zencoder Enterprise by:

    • Enhanced productivity: AI-driven tools to accelerate coding and streamline documentation.
    • Custom integrations: Tailor Zencoder’s features to fit existing systems and workflows.
    • Enterprise-grade security: Secure sensitive codebases with robust encryption and access control.
    • Priority support: Receive dedicated support to ensure smooth operations.

    Once the trial ends, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan with limited features. You can choose to upgrade at any time to retain access to advanced tools and workflows.

    Upgrading is simple! Navigate to your account settings, select the plan you wish to upgrade to, and follow the on-screen instructions. Upgrading unlocks additional features and premium support.

    When you upgrade or change your Zencoder plan, the new features and permissions may not be immediately reflected in your IDE. Logging out and logging back in refreshes your authentication token and ensures your IDE recognizes your new plan’s entitlements. In some cases, you may also need to restart your IDE for all changes to take effect.

    How to log out and log back in:

    Visual Studio Code
    1. Open the Command Palette (On macOS: Press Shift + Command + P, On Windows/Linux: Press Shift + Ctrl + P)
    2. Type Zencoder: Sign out and select it
    1. After signing out, you’ll see large buttons to sign in - just follow the process
    JetBrains IDEs (IntelliJ, PyCharm, WebStorm, etc.)
    1. Open Settings (On macOS: Press Command + ,, On Windows/Linux: Press Ctrl + Alt + S or go to File > Settings)

    2. Navigate to Tools > Zencoder

    3. Click the Authenticate button under “Launch authentication process”

    1. Follow the prompts to sign out and sign back in

    Zencoder supports payment via major credit cards, PayPal, and invoicing options for enterprise customers. For customized payment solutions, contact our support team.

    Zencoder prioritizes security through:

    • Data encryption: All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
    • Access controls: Implement multi-factor authentication and role-based permissions.
    • Audit logs: Track activity for monitoring and compliance purposes.

    The Free plan includes:

    • Unlimited Code Completion
    • Unlimited Chat Messages
    • Limited Advanced AI requests
    • Limited AI Agents
    • Basic Code Repair Agent
    • Team Management

    All usage limits on Business and Enterprise plans (including AI requests and other quota-based features) are reset daily. This means you get a fresh allocation of all your plan’s resources every day, allowing for consistent productivity throughout your subscription period.

    Zencoder supports integrations with popular IDEs, including Visual Studio Code and JetBrains.
