# Telegram

> Connect Zenflow to Telegram to send messages, receive updates, and automate channel communications.

## Overview

The Telegram integration lets the AI agent interact with Telegram chats, groups, and channels. Send messages, receive updates, post notifications, and automate communication workflows — all from within a Zenflow task.

## Connecting Telegram

  <Step title="Open Settings & Integrations">
    Navigate to **Settings → Integrations** in the Zenflow sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find Telegram">
    Locate **Telegram** in the Integrations Catalog.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Connect">
    Click the **Connect** or **\[+]** button on the Telegram card.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize Connection">
    Follow the prompts in the secure connection popup window to link your Telegram account or bot.
  </Step>

* **Read updates** — Monitor incoming messages and notifications
