# Zoom

> Connect Zenflow Work to Zoom to schedule meetings, read transcriptions, and manage video conferencing.

## Overview

The Zoom integration enables the AI agent to manage your video conferencing and scheduling. Create meetings, retrieve details, and access transcriptions and recordings to automate meeting management, summaries, and follow-ups.

## Connecting Zoom

<Steps>
  <Step title="Open Settings & Integrations">
    Navigate to **Settings → Integrations** in the Zenflow sidebar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Find Zoom">
    Locate **Zoom** in the Integrations Catalog.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Connect">
    Click the **Connect** or **\[+]** button on the Zoom card.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authorize Connection">
    Authenticate and authorize Zenflow to access your Zoom account via the secure OAuth popup window.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Integration enabled">
    Once authenticated, Zenflow is ready to manage meetings on your Zoom account.

## What the Agent Can Do

* **Schedule** — Create and schedule Zoom video meetings with custom titles, dates, and times
* **Retrieve Details** — Fetch information about upcoming or past meetings and participants
* **Recordings & Transcripts** — Retrieve links to cloud recordings and meeting transcripts automatically
